About Natalie
Hi, I’m Natalie and I’m passionate about helping people to make positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. I have worked with individuals, communities and corporations to improve physical health and mental well-being for over 25 years. I specialise in women’s health and supporting women through their mid-life transition.
I take a holistic approach to my work, working on the internal and external body. It’s more than a healthy eating strategy and exercise plan. I consider my clients’ wider well-being and aim to empower them to create the lives they want to lead. To help them see they have a choice, and that small changes can have a huge impact on their bodies and minds.
As a consultant, I provide businesses with training and support services, which range from Menopause Awareness Training to creating and implementing bespoke health and wellbeing plans for their workforce. I currently lead the Women’s Health Initiative for Writtle University College, implementing a plan for the workforce, the community, and local businesses.
Clients attending my group classes benefit from the communities I create. I facilitate making connections, gaining additional support and in the process, often new friendships. These groups are delivered virtually and in-person, collaborating with organisations such as MS UK.
